Welcome to Redemption Homes, Inc. We are a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) agency focused on integrated support services to help homeless families obtain and maintain housing stability.
About us
Redemption Homes Inc. is dedicated to helping homeless families in Guilford and Chatham County find their way to success. Through personalized supportive services, including temporary emergency housing vouchers, participants work closely with our housing navigators and case managers to ensure families achieve and maintain housing stability.
Mission Statement: At Redemption Homes, Inc., our mission is to empower families facing a housing crisis by providing access to adequate and appropriate housing solutions, ensuring that homelessness is rare, brief, and nonrecurring. We believe that every family deserves a safe and stable home as the foundation upon which they can build a brighter future. We strive to create pathways toward self-sufficiency, working together with our community and partners to remove barriers and uplift vulnerable families.

Helping to address food insecurity
Our agency is committed to supporting families enrolled in our program by providing access to our on-site food pantry. As food supplies become available, we ensure that these families have the resources they need to nourish themselves and their loved ones. Your partnership helps us make a difference in the community, one meal at a time.

Housing Services:
At Redemption Homes Inc., our dedicated Housing Navigators are here to support homeless families in finding stability and security. We provide emergency housing vouchers and work closely with program participants to secure appropriate affordable housing within 90-120 days. Together, we strive to create a pathway to a brighter future for every family we assist.
Our case management services offer dedicated support for participants over a long-term period of up to 24 months. We focus on helping individuals maintain housing stability, ensuring they have the resources and guidance to thrive in their homes. We are here to assist every step of the way. Housing stability is our priority.
